Position : Customer Service Agent – Return Lane (Charlottesville, VA). This position is responsible for providing superior, friendly, efficient service during all aspects of the rental car process and assisting customers with the rental return process. The Return / Handheld position will provide professional, knowledgeable, and courteous service while accurately completing all transactions. Compensation & Schedule : This position pays $17.50/hour with the opportunity to earn monthly incentive pay bonuses up to $1,000/month. Schedule : Sunday, Monday and Friday 12:00pm–8:00pm; Wednesday 11:00am–8:00pm; Saturday 7:30am–5:00pm. Responsibilities

Greet customers arriving on the lot using prescribed, appropriate dialogue. Identify and secure personal belongings; log and return any items found in vehicles to lost and found with unit number, date and time. Review rental charges and provide accurate receipts. Provide information in a professional and courteous manner regarding transportation to the airport terminal. Thank customers using prescribed dialogue; inquire about service satisfaction and document any dissatisfaction. Inspect vehicles for damage on incoming rentals and direct customers to complete damage/loss reports. Verify fuel level and complete service alerts for mechanical or body damage reported by customers. Identify and manage vehicles on system hold, recalls, or other special handling; ensure proper lot movement. Maintain organized lots to support easy access and smooth traffic flow. Demonstrate commitment to self-improvement, attendance, punctuality, and job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old. Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. Reliable transportation to and from work. Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violation tickets in the past 3 years; total driving record points not to exceed 8. Ability to perform physical aspects of the job (standing, bending, squatting, working outdoors in various temperatures). No drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in the past 3 years. Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future. Ability to work the stated schedule: Sunday, Monday and Friday 12:00pm–8:00pm; Wednesday 11:00am–8:00pm; Saturday 7:30am–5:00pm.
