The Events Assistant will handle promotional sales campaigns in a pop-up platform. These pop-ups will be located at large-scale events related to professional sports, non-profit causes, political organizations, and the arts. This is a highly social role involving daily conversations and dialogue. Expect to be active and moving throughout the day. Events Assistant Responsibilities
Promote campaign products and services at various venues daily Coordinate with vendors on logistics Support marketing efforts by promoting events Assist in managing event budgets and expenses Provide on-site support during events, including guest registration and troubleshooting Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless event execution Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback for improvements Maintain accurate records and documentation related to events Assist in coordinating speakers, presenters, and entertainment for events Skills and Credentials
