Location: Mauna Lani Resort, Kohala Coast, Big Island, Hawai'i
Project Duration: 20 months (Starting mid-January 2026)
We are seeking
experienced interior painters
to join our team for a long‑term residential project within the Mauna Lani Resort community. This project involves work inside
occupied homes , so professionalism and respect for homeowners is essential.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of interior painting experience
Skilled in masking, rolling, cutting‑in, painting, and cleanup
Ability to work safely and confidently on step ladders and extension ladders
Detail‑oriented, reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a clean work environment
Strong awareness of safety practices in occupied spaces
Ability to keep pace with project schedules
Must have your own painter's tools
About the Position
Full‑time work on a 20‑month project
Work will take place in occupied residences, requiring care, cleanliness, and excellent communication
