PREP COOK

This role involves preparing and cooking food according to company standards while prioritizing guest safety and satisfaction. It includes setting up and breaking down stations, following recipes and plating guidelines, and coordinating food orders for timely service. The position requires maintaining a clean and organized workspace, properly storing and rotating ingredients, and handling daily prep and inventory tasks. Strong attention to detail, urgency, and adherence to safety and company policies are essential, along with flexibility to assist with additional duties as needed.

PREP COOK Prep cooks do much of the preparation for the dishes that are served. This includes chopping vegetables, breaking down, cutting or grinding meat, weighing and mixing ingredients, washing and preparing vegetables, storing food, and more.
