Responsibilities
Perform high‑quality kitchen and bathroom remodeling work with precision and care.
Execute projects from demolition through final finishes with minimal supervision.
Collaborate with team members in a respectful and professional manner.
Creatively solve problems and adapt to unique project challenges.
Manage your own job site independently after initial training.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow safety protocols and ensure all work meets quality standards.
Qualifications
3+ years remodeling experience (5+ preferred) with verifiable work history.
Hands‑on experience in kitchen and bathroom renovations.
Proficiency with power tools and job‑site equipment.
High school diploma or GED required.
Owns personal tools (company offers tool replacement program).
Ability to pass a background check.
Weekly pay cycle.
Paid training and certifications.

Full‑time, Monday – Friday
