Key Responsibilities Assist electricians with installing and wiring electrical panels

Help with conduit runs, wire pulls, and terminations

Support remediation, repair, and maintenance activities

Perform underground electrical work as directed

Support layout and installation of conduit runs per site standards.

Attention to safety, detail, and quality.

Team-focused.

Be professional when communicating with all team members.

Write Task Hazard Analysis (THA) to prevent/mitigate injuries.

Identifypotential safety hazards as they arise.

Communicate inconsistencies/issues to a supervisorimmediately.

Take pride inthework whilemaintaininga positive attitude.

Follow facility safety procedures when using materials and equipment.

Qualifications Experience with solar construction projects preferred but not required.

Prior experience using various tools that are required to install electrical components.

Ability to perform heavy lifting, pushing, pulling of material weighing 50 lbs.

Ability to squat, crawl and work in awkward positions and confined spaces.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Ability to work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and precipitation.

Unrestricted use of hands, arms, shoulders, upper/lower back, visual acuity, depth, and color perception.

Self-motivated and takes initiative.

Ability to work well with others in a team environment.

Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.

Age 18+
