Job Description We are seeking a reliable and motivated Driver Helpers to join our team. As a Drivers Helper, you will assist the driver in delivering goods and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities
Assist the driver in loading and unloading goods from the vehicle
Secure items properly to prevent damage during transportation
Follow delivery routes and schedules provided by the driver
Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner
Help navigate to different locations using GPS or maps
Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, such as checking tire pressure and fuel levels
Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
Skills
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time
Familiarity with commercial vehicles and their operation
Knowledge of basic mechanical principles for troubleshooting minor issues
Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Experience driving larger vehicles such as buses or forklifts is a plus
Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
