Caregiver (Resident Life Partner)

Norton Shores, Muskegon, and Fruitport Twp.
Type:
Part-Time/Full-Time

Shift differentials (+$3/hour for 2nd Shift and +$2/hour on 3rd Shift)

Responsibilities
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs), passing medications, preparing meals, and performing laundry and light housekeeping duties.
Enrich residents' lives with planned and spontaneous meaningful activities.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Passion for serving older adults
Prior caregiving experience helpful but not required
CNA/MA preferred but not required
Med Tech experience helpful but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Positive work history
DaySpring Services is a faith-based, Christian religious organization. A condition of employment is to read, understand, agree with, and sign our Statement of Faith.
Schedule and Pay Pay: $15.00 - $19.50 per hour
8-hour shifts
1st, 2nd, or 3rd Shift
Holidays
Rotating schedule every other weekend
