A Line Cook Will: Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items for cooking on flat top, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment. Assume responsibility for quality of products served. Commit to 100% guest satisfaction, 100% of the time. Protect establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety control policies. Be a team player, lending a helping hand to fellow team members when needed. Assist in cleaning the kitchen.
