Responsibilities
Collect and organize shopping carts in the store and parking lot. Assist customers with loading merchandise into carts and vehicles. Check retail prices on shelves for check‑stand personnel. Pull merchandise from the check stand and return to proper shelf; walk aisles and recover misplaced items. Maintain cleanliness of the store entrance: sweep inside and outside, pick up trash, mop walkways, and clean doors daily. Maintain cleanliness of the store interior: sweep, mop, and restock restrooms as needed. Qualifications
Read and write English; interact with general public and co‑workers. Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos. Write simple correspondence. Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees. Apply common sense to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. Regularly lift up to 25 lbs, frequently up to 45 lbs, occasionally up to 60 lbs. Additional Preferred Skills
