Responsibilities
Proven expertise in creating survey documents in AutoCAD, including:
ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys
Boundary Surveys
Subdivisions
Topographic Surveys
Right‑of‑way Plats
Volume Calculations
Layout calculations
Residential permit and grading plats
Able to read and write land parcel descriptions, interpret deed and easement documents, and examine commercial title commitments.
Research deeds and record documents affecting real estate title rights.
Prepare calculations for field crews.
Comfortable with client interaction.
Assist with billing of clients.
Communicate regularly with Project Managers and Engineers.
Maintain electronic document file structure and naming conventions in accordance with company or client standards.
Participate in improving and implementing CAD standards.
Check final drawings to verify completeness, clarity, and accuracy.
Qualifications
Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD.
Understanding of the Windows operating system and Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel.
Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
Strong verbal communication and organizational skills.
Time‑management skills.
Occasional overtime as needed.
