Assist the Supervisor with building maintenance, maintain positive relations with residents and staff, and perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks as detailed in the job description. Qualifications:
Apartment Maintenance experience EPA or HVAC Certification Valid Driver’s License and own tools Flexible schedule including weekends, 9am – 6pm Essential functions include:
HVAC troubleshooting and repair Electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs Roofing, window and door repairs General carpentry and maintenance tasks Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Resident concern resolution, professional communication, teamwork, decision-making Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with on-call rotation. Location: Carlton Arms Ocala, FL. Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor, Executive Director. FLSA Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt. Physical demands include:
Standing, walking, lifting up to 70 lbs., climbing, and operating equipment Note: Reasonable accommodations available for disabilities. All duties are subject to change at management’s discretion.
