Parts Shipping & Receiving Associate

Description Jim Shorkey North Hills CDJR is looking for a Parts Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team. This role involves but not limited to receiving and shipping parts, delivering excellent customer service, and keeping accurate inventory records. Responsibilities: Count, weigh, or measure items on incoming and outgoing shipments Maintain clear tracking of deliveries Checks with the parts manager, parts counter clerks, and shipping and receiving clerk before leaving to coordinate any last-minute pick-ups or deliveries. Handles basic maintenance of the truck including filling the tank with gas, checking oil, keeping it clean, and making sure required inspections are performed. Assists with shipping and delivery duties for the dealership. Verifies that invoice matches purchase order for each pick-up.
