As a
Customer Service Teller , you’ll be the heartbeat of our branch. Every day you’ll: Welcome customers
with a friendly smile and professional service Process transactions
including loans, check cashing, money orders, and prepaid cards Match customers with services
that best fit their needs Keep things running smoothly
by balancing your cash drawer accurately Stay organized
with simple clerical tasks like data entry, filing, and answering phones Help maintain a clean, safe workspace
for both customers and coworkers Resolve concerns positively
and leave customers feeling valued What We’re Looking For
We’re excited to meet people who are: Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required Strong communicators and good listeners Comfortable using computers (typing 25 WPM or more) Organized, dependable, and calm under pressure Positive team players with a professional attitude Experienced in customer service, sales, or cash handling (a plus, but not required) What You’ll Receive
