Stock inventory and set up kitchen stations with all necessary supplies. Pre-preparing food for service (e.g., chopping, cutting, mixing, or prepping sauces). Cook menu items in collaboration with the kitchen team. Keep workstation and kitchen clean. Ensure menu items are high quality and delivered timely. Practice nutrition and sanitation standards through proper food handling and storage. Follow recipes and instructions to deliver guest orders accurately. Prepare plate menu items as ordered, adhering to specifications with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy. Safely operate knives, ovens, grills, warming trays, and other equipment. Prepare and stock ingredients for meals, set up per instructions, and follow standardized recipes. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Executive/Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager. Education:
High School Diploma or GED. Culinary degree for Line Cook III. Preferred Experience:
Basic written and verbal communication skills. 0-3 years of culinary experience (depending on placement into Line Cook I or II). 3+ years of resort culinary experience for Line Cook III. All information is subject to change at any time.
