is seeking a motivated person for a full-time position with the firm as a
Computer Aided Design (CAD) Drafter in the Civil/Municipal field .

Responsibilities The Civil CAD Drafter supports the design and preparation of plans for site development, grading, utilities, roadways, and other civil infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include drafting construction documents and exhibit in Civil 3D, creating alignments, profiles, and cross sections, and assisting with quantity takeoffs and plan revisions. The position requires close coordination with engineers and survey teams to ensure accurate, high-quality deliverables that meet project specifications and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in Civil 3D and a solid understanding of civil engineering design principles are required.
Qualifications
Experience with modeling concepts, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D
Experience with Microsoft Office products
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to work independently.
Understanding of local, state and national regulations.
Ability to interpret national and local codes and standards to ensure compliance.
Must be team-oriented and capable of working with other staff members.
Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours as required
Valid driver’s license with a driving record acceptable to our company’s insurance provider
