As an In-Home Sales Representative at West Shore Home, you will succeed through pre-set appointments, an uncapped base salary plus commission, and supportive training and team resources. You will report to our Sales Manager and be supported by Team Leads, Sales Trainers, Customer Service & Operations staff, and regional leadership. Why Work at West Shore Home? Monday to Friday, with appointments from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Weeks 3–4:
Tuesday to Friday, with appointments from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Each appointment lasts about 2 hours. Attend weekly meetings and training workshops. Lead clients through a personalized, one-call close sales process. All leads are warm and pre-confirmed—no cold calling required. What It Takes to Succeed We value ambition and ownership. To succeed, you should: Connect quickly with diverse individuals Be competitive and driven Have a valid driver’s license and a clean record Previous sales or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required Have a smartphone for company systems Veterans and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply More to Know This is an exempt, commission-based role with flexible hours, located in Ladson, SC.
