We are seeking a Deli Clerk to join our team in our retail grocery environment, where you'll play a crucial role in food preparation and guest service. What You’ll Do: Provide Helpful Service:
Deliver excellent guest service through friendly greetings, answering questions, and addressing concerns with professionalism and care. Your helpfulness will positively impact every guest interaction. Guest Assistance:
Help guests locate items and answer the deli department phone professionally. Order Fulfillment:
Receive, prepare, and fulfill guest orders and special requests with attention to quality. Customer Service:
Address guest concerns promptly, supporting a positive experience. Quality Control:
Inspect, rotate, maintain temperatures, and replenish deli products to ensure high standards. Inventory Management:
Maintain proper inventory levels of supplies. Food Safety:
Maintain food safety logs and adhere to safety standards. Efficiency:
Meet quality standards by 10 am and 5 pm daily. Honor Commitments:
Maintain regular, timely attendance and give notice for absences. Support the Team:
Perform other duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For: To succeed as a Deli Clerk, you should have: Customer Focus:
Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with guests and staff. Communication Skills:
Good oral and written communication. Problem-Solving:

Knowledge of food operations and merchandising, with decision-making skills. Physical Demands and Work Environment: Lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally. Full upper body motion.
