Customer Service and Sales Representative is responsible for assisting customers with inquiries related to a company's products and services. He/she will be instrumental in customer retention by addressing concerns and product issues, and by communicating in a professional, positive manner.

Responsibilities

Attend training sessions to grow knowledge of product and to develop customer service skills.

Resolve phone, walk-in, mail, fax, and email customer inquiries.

Process and log incoming calls into CRM system.

Identify customer needs.

Forward and escalations inquiries to relevant individuals and departments.

Contact customers to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries.

Update customer information as required.

Maintain confidentiality of information.

Perform other duties as the need arises.

Manage and improve the customer order process.

Develop a better relationship with potential and existing customers.

Provide new customers to the company with international orientation strategy.

Find and manage new candidate processes.
