Compensation Total compensation: $13.00 - $15.00 / hour
Job Description As a Receiving Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the store’s back‑room operations. Your duties include receiving products into the POS system, keeping inventory organized and accounted for, processing weekly pallets, handling damaged or defective items, and working with the fulfillment and inventory control teams to maintain proper stock levels and presentation.

Maintain Store Presentation:
Keep back‑room and workstations clean and organized, and adhere to company merchandising standards.

Stay informed on product details, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
Take Risks; Wear a Helmet:
Encourage experimentation while following the planogram as a guide.
Share The Road:
Participate in wellness programs, safety committees, and diversity initiatives to foster a supportive workplace.
Keep It Real:

Qualifications
Previous retail, inventory management, customer service, or sales experience.
Ability to work a retail schedule, including occasional nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong computer skills, writing, and math ability to count and manage inventory.
Self‑starter mentality with strong attention to detail.
Open mind, eagerness to learn, and passion for the riding community.
Experience with POS systems (particularly RetailPro).
Motorcycle riding, knowledge, or interest is a plus.
