Global Custodian Bank is seeking a bilingual Japanese Customer Service contractor in New York for an assignment until December.
Job Description:
This role serves as the primary liaison to all clients for the Bank’s Global Custody Website. Responsibilities include reading and responding to client inquiries in Japanese and English, organizing applications for website users, and tracking the setup of each web ID. Requirements:
Must have oral and written proficiency in Japanese to communicate with institutional investors in Japan and the US. Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently to manage and track client requests. Familiarity with finance and transactional banking is a plus. Additional tasks include providing backup support for FX hedging and other custody-related inquiries. Benefits:
