Digital Copier Operator .

Job Summary Our Digital Copier Operator works closely with customers and our sales team, providing support with the goal of increasing sales and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Program and produce color and black & white outputs.
Schedule jobs by due dates indicated or as requested by management.
Call for device maintenance when necessary and notify management.
Send monthly copier usage log to vendor.
Operate all copiers in accordance with equipment operating procedures.
Perform maintenance per the guidelines on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
Communicate with the other employees and/or the customer for a complete understanding of the copy order.
Keep the copier area clean and organized.
Perform troubleshooting with the equipment when necessary.
Order and stock inventory and supplies per the direction of management.
Skills we are looking for
An understanding of programming, color management for all the digital output devices, their functions, and processes.
Quality Control
An aptitude for math and detail.
Able to apply written instructions about machine set-up and maintenance.
Skills desired, but not required
Assist with job packaging as needed.
Comply with all OSHA safety requirements.
Experience with PrintSmith or PrintersPlan
