Full Time Summary: Position will be required to complete repair estimates on damaged vehicles. Additionally, seek and develop new business and expand customer base with assigned area. Responsibilities
Complete estimates and settle payments with owners and insurance companies Develop customer base in assigned area and grow dealership revenue Sell and promote all dealership services to potential customers Excellent communication skills and ability to interact in a professional manner with customers and business owners In addition to the essential functions listed above, the employee is expected to exercise honesty, integrity and respect with all clients and co-workers, maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, demonstrate a positive attitude, communicate effectively with co-workers and clients, work with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail, respect the work environment and keep it as neat and clean as possible, and exercise initiative to learn new skills and tasks and to help co-workers when possible. Qualifications
High school diploma Valid driver's license 2 years minimum heavy truck experience Background in body shop repairs, truck painting, and paint systems Diagnostics computers Telephone Office Suite CDK DMS system Working Conditions
Primarily office and extensive travel on the road
