Minimum 5 years commercial or industrial concrete experience in flatwork, curb and gutter, structural concrete (footings, walls and columns) duct bank, site work related concrete operations Knowledge of metal imbeds, anchor bolts and rebar for concrete scopes Able to comfortably run a 5-10 man crew Must be able to pass drug and background test Ability to read plans with an understanding of elevations and layout Operate equipment in support of concrete operations (mini excavator, skid steer, compaction equipment) Bilingual English/Spanish a plus Wages commensurate with experience Valid drivers license U.S. Citizen or Green card holder Total Station experience a plus
