Support Client Engagement Team with investigative research and data entry Help drive renewal revenue growth through outreach and analysis

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful individual to support our Client Engagement Managers. This role involves gathering business information through phone outreach, online research, and investigative calls to identify key amenities and insights.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong online research skills, proficiency in Excel, creative and professional phone communication abilities, and efficient data entry capabilities. Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools is a plus.
Success in this role will be measured by the quality of investigative research, accuracy and speed of data entry, and volume of completed activities. This position reports directly to the Senior Client Engagement Manager, who will provide guidance, development, and support to help drive renewal revenue growth.
