Spray Crew Painter – High-End Residential & Commercial Mounting Pro specializes in top-tier finishes in Colorado's mountain environments. This role demands speed, skill, and an eye for detail. You'll work with experienced teams to produce clean, lasting results in beautiful but demanding mountain conditions.

What You'll Do

Apply paint, stain, lacquer, and learn to us professional spray equipment (Graco, Titan, etc.)

Follow blueprints, job specs, and verbal instructions

Handle prep work: masking, sanding, priming, and clean-up

Maintain and troubleshoot spray systems

Work confidently at heights: ladders, lifts, scaffolding

Communicate clearly with crew leads and teammates

Stay safe and alert on active job sites

What We're Looking For

3 years of painting experience (residential or commercial preferred)

Familiarity with airless and conventional spray systems

Comfortable working outdoors year-round and at elevation

Reliable transportation to Breckenridge/Summit County

Fluent in either English or Spanish

Bonus: experience with fine finishes like trim, doors, or cabinetry

Bonus: steady, positive, and dependable under pressure
