Be the expert : Review schedules, identify what needs registering, and pull deals that need processing. Dot those I’s and cross those T’s : Work with precision, ensuring all paperwork aligns with each deal. Own the details : Verify information, match deals to titles, handle title issues, and process trade-ins—even the tricky ones! Communicate with ease : Handle calls to lien holders, the DMV, and our internal team. Stay on your game : Meet deadlines, register at least 15 deals a day, and troubleshoot any issues with confidence. What You’ll Bring
2+ years of Title Clerk experience, ideally in a high-volume dealership. Sharp attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge of titling regulations and a commitment to doing things right. A valid driver’s license and a clean background. Ready to Make a Difference?
