Strong customer service skills
Understanding of basic home maintenance
Preferred schedule: Sunday - Thursday Great-to-haves: Experience in commercial or residential real estate, property management, retail, hospitality, construction, or renovation
Trade skills in general construction, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, HVAC, or groundskeeping
Compensation
The compensation range for this role is $21 - $25 / hour plus quarterly bonuses.
