Responsibilities
Answer phones
Respond to emails
Process both online and phone orders
Efficiently operate email, phones, collisionlink, repairlink, and DMS systems
Provide exceptional customer service on a continuous basis
Process and manage customer returns in a timely manner
Follow established inventory control and management processes
