Property Caretaker – Light Maintenance
Company Overview Accessible Space Inc. (ASI) is a national nonprofit organization providing housing and personal care services to individuals with physical disabilities, seniors and veterans.
Location Henderson, NV (two apartment buildings)
Salary and Benefits Payment: $19 per hour
3 weeks paid time off in first year

Responsibilities
Maintain a clean and safe environment
Complete minor building and unit maintenance repairs
Perform duties related to unit turnovers
Carry out ongoing routine maintenance and prevention checks
Implement required unit and building inspections
Perform routine errands
Obtain bids on contracted maintenance and repair work
Qualifications
One year of experience in performing minor building and maintenance repairs
Ability to work independently
Effective communication orally and in writing
Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with individuals
Availability to work Monday through Friday between 7am and 6pm
