Apartment Maintenance Technician | MAA Charlotte Ave Join MAA as an Apartment Maintenance Technician at MAA Charlotte Ave. This role involves performing general maintenance and repair to ensure apartment homes and property facilities are in good working order, and supporting a high standard of service for residents. Responsibilities

Prepare apartments for move-in; diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC units Repair electrical appliances, outlets, and light fixtures Perform plumbing, carpentry, and lock repairs Follow planned preventative maintenance schedules Follow up with residents after repairs are complete Qualifications

One to three years of experience in multifamily property management, facility maintenance, and/or mechanical repair HVAC experience required EPA Type II or EPA Universal required at hire or within 90 days of start date Valid driver’s license from the state of residence Benefits
