Harrisonburg Ford is seeking an Experienced Service Advisor to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guidance to clients regarding their vehicle service needs.
Responsibilities:
Interact with clients to understand and address their service requirements Schedule service appointments and manage service advisors' calendars Provide accurate cost estimates and timelines for service work Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any service-related issues
Requirements:
Prior experience as a service advisor in an Ford automotive setting Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of automotive service processes and terminology
