Responsibilities As a member of our Maintenance team you will keep the Assisted Living Community, surrounding buildings and grounds in clean and orderly condition and maintain furnaces, air conditioners, and boilers to provide heat, cool air, and hot water for residents. You will perform minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical, wiring, and other related maintenance activities using hand tools. You will replace air-conditioner filters. You will complete Monthly Maintenance checklists. You will assist with disaster preparedness including fire and disaster drills. You will notify management concerning major repairs or replacements to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment. You will clean snow and debris from sidewalks and grounds. You will oversee landscaping services and, if needed, mow lawns, trim shrubbery, and cultivate flowers using hand tools and power tools.
Qualifications Minimum of 18 years of age with a High School diploma or equivalent
