Operation of all equipment. Stock and rotate ingredients from delivery to storage/work area/walk-in cooler. Prepare products. Receive and process telephone and internet orders. Count inventory and complete paperwork. Clean equipment and facility. Customer service
Customer service skills involve the ability to comprehend and communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers over the phone and in person. Qualifications
General Physical Demands: involve the ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, push, climb ladders/stairs, stoop/bend, crouch/squat, reach, grasp with hands to use machines, tools, equipment, and work aids, and tolerate exposure to varying temperatures/conditions inside and outside. On-the-job training involves customer service orientation, interactive computer program, and hands-on practice.
