We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Construction Refrigeration Leadman to join our dynamic team. As a Leadman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing refrigeration projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
**Responsibilities:*** Lead and supervise a team of refrigeration technicians on construction sites.* Coordinate and schedule project tasks to meet deadlines.* Install commercial refrigeration systems, including walk-in coolers, freezers, and HVAC units.* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.* Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.* Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project success.* Mentor and train junior technicians as needed.**Qualifications:*** 5+ years of commercial HVAC-HVAC/R experience.* Correct Certifications and other relevant licenses.* Strong leadership and communication skills.* Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
