A floor technician’s responsibilities include: Swiping, mopping, vacuuming carpets and operating machines for tasks such as stripping, waxing, and buffing floors. Performing daily tasks such as dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming floors to remove dirt and debris. Operating equipment like scrubbers and buffers to strip old wax coatings and apply new wax, buff floors, and burnish floors to restore their appearance and durability. Cleaning carpets using shampooing, extraction, and bonneting to remove stains and refresh the carpet. Following safety procedures, handling chemicals and equipment responsibly, and performing minor repairs. Participating in special projects such as post‑construction clean‑up or window washing. Pay
