Job Summary
The parts person will be responsible for excellent customer service, extending optimal customer care and concern. This position requires completing tasks at the parts counter, including receiving parts calls, greeting customers, assisting walk‑in customers, processing paperwork, and handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions. The role also includes related warehouse duties—accurate counting, receiving and shipping of parts, inventory accounting for warranty items, housekeeping, and building hoses—alongside contamination control and a strong focus on safety. Driving is required.
Job Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
At least two years of experience in warehouse and inventory management, preferably in a mechanical parts environment with knowledge of CAT heavy equipment and diesel engine parts.
Proficiency using MS Office and experience in a database environment.
A clean driving record is required.

Noise levels are usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
