and deliver retail and installer customers top‑level service while supporting store management. Essential Responsibilities

Follow company customer service programs (Hi‑5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, etc.). Greet walk‑in customers with a friendly, courteous manner and assist in merchandise selection. Assist managers and installer service specialists with professional customer service as directed. Complete assigned company training relevant to the position. Answer all store phone calls, accurately look up parts and quote prices, recommend premium items, and offer the Low‑Price Guarantee. Maintain and secure the cash drawer, accept cash/checks, accurately make change, and process credit card transactions. Process exchanges and returns for credit in a friendly manner according to company policies. Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner. Assist with daily image maker, planogram updates, freight receival, stocking shelves, fronting and facing, and cleaning. Prepare new, core, and warranty merchandise returns to be shipped to the distribution center; assist with monthly stock adjustments and inventory cycle counts. Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment after corresponding training. Perform in‑store services for customers (install wipers, test/charge batteries, test charging system, scan vehicle trouble codes, replace headlight capsules, etc.). Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate; driving record must meet company mandated eligibility requirements. Required Qualifications

Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences. Ability to provide outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service. Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store simultaneously. Desired Skills & Experience

Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service. ASE certification. Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired). Compensation & Benefits
