The Landscape Maintenance Team Leader is an experienced team member responsible for overseeing and working with a landscape maintenance crew of one to two team members. The crew performs landscape maintenance tasks such as lawn mowing, spring/fall clean ups, weeding, annual flower planting, mulching and other related services. Mowing lawns Weed wacking Weeding by hand Leaf blowing Pruning shrubs Mulching Other related landscape projects Experience
Minimum 5+ years with Landscape maintenance Ability to work independently Candidate has the desire to direct team members, manage time and complete tasks within budget while maintaining Naylor Landscape Management’s quality standards. Licenses
