In this role, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining a variety of data across different platforms and databases. Our ideal candidate possesses a high level of accuracy and efficiency in data entry tasks, ensuring that our records remain reliable and up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities
Input and update data accurately into database systems and spreadsheets
Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into systems
Compile and sort information to prepare data for entry
Generate reports from database systems as required
Assist in maintaining accurate records and filing systems
Identify and correct errors in data entries
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management is a plus
Proven experience in a data entry role or similar position
Excellent typing skills with a speed of at least 60 words per minute
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
