Develop and implement policies and procedures for scheduling, and facilitate training for stakeholders Create and manage conceptual and detailed project schedules Analyze critical path schedules independently and develop comprehensive project plans Monitor schedule performance, conduct data analysis, and prepare necessary reports for management Perform Time Impact Analysis and utilize scheduling diagnostic tools to ensure project timelines are met What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Estimating, or a related field, or equivalent experience 3-5 years of relevant work experience in scheduling or project controls Strong understanding of the Critical Path Method and construction documents Expert knowledge of Primavera Scheduling Software (P6) Moderate experience with Procore and Power BI, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in data center projects is strongly preferred Familiarity with advanced scheduling techniques and risk analysis methods Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams Knowledge of construction project management principles
