What we need from you
+ years of administrative or clerical experience, prior insurance industry experience is a huge plus!
An active Property & Casualty license is a plus!
Software
– Any agency management systems: AppliedEpic, AMS360, Microsoft Office, carrier websites, and other software systems as needed for the position
Key Responsibilities
Performing administrative tasks, including document organization, scanning, and printing.
Professionally managing incoming calls, promptly responding to emails, and proactively assisting clients with their insurance inquiries and needs.
Maintaining accurate client files and policy details within the agency management system.
Efficiently inputting applications and supporting online rating processes.
Thoroughly verifying critical information for file documentation, such as premiums, policy numbers, claims reports, and forms.
Collaborating with internal departments to meet customer needs effectively.
