Bilingual Sales Representative AGM TOOLS, an expanding company with 14 years of experience, specializes in distributing tools for fabricating countertops for kitchens, bathrooms, tables, and more. We currently operate in 12 locations across Texas (6), North Carolina (2), South Florida (2), Arkansas, and Oklahoma. We are seeking honest, responsible, multitasking, ambitious individuals who enjoy sales. Responsibilities: Visit approximately 15 to 20 customers daily. Identify and attract new customers. Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities. Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records. Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and generate sales from new and existing customers. Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
