Overview
Position: Fulfillment Coordinator — On-site Location: Brentwood, TN Monogram Health is seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Fulfillment Coordinator to support daily shipping, receiving, and inventory operations at our Brentwood location. This hands-on role is essential to ensuring that supplies and equipment are accurately received, organized, and shipped to Monogram’s clinics, clinical teams, and corporate offices. The ideal candidate is process-driven, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency. You will work closely with the Fulfillment Manager and other Fulfillment Coordinators to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Shipping & Receiving:
Prepare and ship outgoing packages via FedEx, UPS, and other carriers according to schedule.
Receive incoming deliveries; inspect for accuracy and quality and reconcile against packing slips and POs.
Log incoming and outgoing shipments and notify relevant stakeholders of delivery status.
Maintain a clean and organized receiving/shipping area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Help troubleshoot shipping issues or delays and escalate as needed.
Fulfillment Operations:
Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
Replenish inventory in fulfillment zones based on usage and min/max thresholds.
Help monitor usage patterns and flag low stock or anomalies.
Participate in physical inventory counts and daily cycle counts and contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives.
Maintain cleanliness, accuracy, and organization across fulfillment zones and storage areas.
Position Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping/receiving role.
Familiarity with common shipping systems (FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, etc.).
Attention to detail and pride in getting the little things right.
Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet for extended periods.
Working knowledge and prior use of basic software tools (e.g., MS Office Suite).
