LaSalle Network has partnered with a leading diagnostic entity company that is committed to providing accurate financial reporting and exceptional customer service. Their team is seeking a Data Entry Specialist, who can work 100% onsite in their Arlington Heights office, Mon-Fri from 8am
5pm. Data Entry Specialist Responsibilities:
Process and verify daily invoices Support email overflow Assist with new ERP system Verify and ensure all invoices are entered correctly Other duties and responsibilities will be assigned as business demands deem necessary. Data Entry Agent Qualifications:
12 years of hands-on experience with data entry and invoice processing, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of task Well-versed in using ERP and CRM systems to manage, track, and organize information Highly tech-savvy, able to learn new software quickly and adapt to different systems with ease Pay and Benefits:
