Dealer Development Manager The Dealer Development Manager is responsible for providing business coaching and product sales support to the assigned independent dealer networks.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluates market potential and develops short and long-term sales strategies for all assigned independent Kinetico dealers.

Assists independent Kinetico dealer with the development and execution of a business and marketing plan. Identifies opportunities to improve sales, provides specific guidance or recommends resources to achieve sales goals.

Plans and executes meetings that inform dealers on Kinetico endeavors, builds peer relationships, and shares ideas and best practices.

Identifies the technical or sales training needs of each independent dealer and coordinates access to Kinetico training and product support resources.

Collaborates with other Dealer Development Managers, and Kinetico commercial and direct to consumer sales managers to create and support best practices that reflect the One Kinetico initiative.

Recruits new dealers where opportunities develop.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field highly preferred.

10 years’ experience in channel sales.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet proficiency.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Good interpersonal/customer relation skills.

Good presentation skills.

Good organizational skills.

Key Performance Indicators

Assigned Dealer sales growth.

Achievement of North American (US & Canada) Dealer sales targets.

Regular and effective communications.

Successful dealer relationships.

Compensation

Salaried plus bonus

50% local travel
