Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr Position Summary

Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes, and organization? Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members, following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken. You will properly wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure members have the freshest items available. You may juggle several tasks while helping members with bakery orders. Ensure high‑quality products are available in the prepared foods area Keep shelves clean, maintain temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lower‑quality food products Prepare and serve ready‑to‑eat food Maintain the sales floor per company policies: handle claims/returns, zone area, arrange and organize merchandise, identify shrink and damages Keep the area clean, sanitized, and member‑ready Primary Duties

Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications; collaborate with cross‑functional teams; educate associates; communicate effectively Prepare food per item specifications; plan future productions; prepare for seasonality; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operate and sanitize equipment Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; use handheld technology for production decisions; adapt to new tools and encourage others Drive area performance; manage high exposure; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality/date standards; eliminate waste; guide peers and attend to customer needs Advocate for the department and club; model high quality service; execute basics at highest level; exhibit energy, commitment and passion Comply with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity; use Open Door Policy; implement action plans Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicate progress; recommend improvement opportunities; adapt to change, difficulties and feedback Benefits & Compensation

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
