As an experienced Residential Plumber (PL02), you will help us live out our Vision & Mission and meet our growth-oriented goals as the premier heating, cooling, electrical, and plumbing service provider in Northwest Washington.
At Barron, a Residential Plumber (PL02) will:
Install, repair, and service residential plumbing systems and fixtures: water heaters (tank type, tankless, heat pump), water filtration, pumps, plumbing fixtures and other household plumbing components
Identify and troubleshoot plumbing issues such as leaks, blockages, or equipment failures
Work on Residential Retrofit and light commercial projects
Accurately complete job and follow up tasks in a timely manner
Review and interpret plans/drawings related to the building trades
Work with various types of piping materials
Follow health and safety standards and building codes
Estimate time, materials, and costs for plumbing jobs
Collaborate with contractors, customers and Barron team
Willingness to participate in the on-call rotation
Respond to plumbing emergencies and perform necessary repairs
Demonstrate a strong desire to solve challenges while providing exceptional service
Work well both individually and within a team
Thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Train and manage less experienced plumbers to improve their knowledge, skill and productivity
Maintain a clean work vehicle
Willingness to travel to accommodate all Barron service areas
Regularly lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50–75 lbs., occasionally up to 100 lbs. with assistance or equipment
Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb ladders, and work in tight or overhead spaces
Maintain a Barron branded appearance at all times per company policy
Stay current on CEU’s
Meet and exceed individual Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

Full-Time
$37.50 - $55.00 per hour; DOE
Eligible for Performance Pay
Annual cost-of-living adjustments
Experience & Qualifications:
3+ years of Plumbing experience required
Active Residential (PL02) License
Active Electrical Trainee Card
Valid Washington State Driver's License and clean driving record
Pre-Employment Drug Screening
High School Diploma or GED
Must be at least 18 years of age
Legally eligible to work in the United States
