As a Senior Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our firm’s footprint through business development, strategic deal‑making, and exceptional client service. You’ll represent clients in the leasing, purchase, and sale of commercial assets while collaborating closely with our marketing and support teams to ensure every listing gets maximum visibility and results. Source and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and relationship‑building Provide clients with market insights, property valuations, and leasing/sales strategies Conduct property tours and negotiate lease and sale terms Draft, review, and coordinate agreements, proposals, and supporting transaction materials Work closely with attorneys during contract preparation and due diligence Participate in internal team meetings and contribute to our culture of shared success Qualifications

Proven track record in commercial sales or leasing Proficiency in

CRM systems, CoStar, and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Strong understanding of financial concepts and market analytics Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build and grow your business What We Offer

This is a full-time, independent contractor (1099) position. Compensation is 100% commission‑based, with no earning ceiling and full access to our in‑house marketing and support resources. Seniority Level
