What you’ll do
Grow our business within a defined geographic territory that targets clients and prospects with 1–49 employees.
Identify and sign new clients for payroll, tax, human resources, benefits, and more, while selling additional solutions to existing clients.
Establish relationships, set appointments, gather leads from business partners, assess needs, and present the best ADP solutions.
Close business while spending time in the field.
To succeed in this role
Positive self‑starter: upbeat, persistent, comfortable with cold calling and rejection, and able to present ideas clearly in person, on the phone, and in writing.
Agile solution seeker: problem‑solver who adapts quickly in fast‑paced change.
Continuous learner: always seeking to improve how things were done in the past.
Required qualifications
College degree preferred but not required; the right skills matter more.
One to two years of relevant experience or internships in retail, marketing, business development, food service, insurance sales, or a similar industry; or military experience.
Preferred qualifications
Prior quota‑carrying experience.
Strong networking skills and effective use of social media for sales.

Compensation and benefits Base salary range: $51,100 – $137,070 per year (depending on location, skills, and experience).
Compensation may include bonuses, equity, and commissions.
